Develop a cost-effective, four-phase plan for a series of complicated upgrades. Execute client move on short notice

Solution

TSI planned quickly for client move due to short notice scheduling within the building. We organized, managed and consulted on multiple levels with the client as well as building management and tradespeople. TSI diagnosed an internet router issue, requiring us to expedite ISP communication for a proper fix to ensure emails were available to the client over the weekend. While providing onsite floor support after the move, we discovered cabling issues and immediately facilitated communication with the electrician to ensure a smooth transition to the new office space. We also resolved workstation re-wiring, network connectivity and other unforeseen issues that were the result of occupying an older office building.
